Emma's customer service and her work were both exemplary. She helped me define exactly which parts of the documents I wanted her to focus on and then she did more than just transcribe the results. She provided footnotes and explanations of her process which greatly helped me to understand the results. I recommend her without reservation.
Emma transcribed/translated a particularly arcane court document from 1690 for me. With a blend of English, Latin and Legal languages, this was a tough one, but Emma triumphed in a most timely fashion and added clarity to my understanding.
Over the last 2 years, Emma has transcribed 5 Rutland historical wills from the 17th Century and the 18th Century, which greatly assisted my family history research. Each time, Emma has shown that she has a sharply focused forensic mind combined with rigorous scholarship, which means that you can have absolute confidence in her transcriptions. I particularly find her footnotes for each transcription very informative and useful. Furthermore Emma has wonderful customer service and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
